  Let me first say that in complete disclosure the quality of the doors I bought from Ville doors is second to none. They are all drop dead gorgeous. My problem starts when we talk about customer service . I just spent nearly $15,000 to replace every door in my house.
  
  An order that should have taken three shipments took six. Each nd every time something was missing form the order. Each and every time I contacted Ville doors they already knew that the order was short but could not be bothered to even go to the trouble to send me an email to let me know the order was short. Long story short, a project that should have taken three months tops took seven. In the end the company quit answering my emails all together.

  This guy is very good and reasonable. My door shipped without pull handle and also wrong frame size, they are willing to solve the problems without charging me further shipping cost. The door itself is very very sturdy and good looking. It is expensive but they make you feel you get what you paid for. Happy buy.
