  Love pottery barn and had always ordered online but was doing some errands and decided to stop at this location to check out some backpack for my 3yr old. The Ladies there were so rude, they did not even acknowledge me. When I went to ask a question they just told me "you can look in the back what ever is there", very snarky meanwhile someone else went in and they were all friendly!! I mean I know I was casual, jeans, sneakers while doing my arrands but nothing warranted this behavior. Sorry but if this is the people you employed, you lost a customer and I will be sure to pass my experience to everyone I know...
