  I wish I could rate it 0 stars!!
  The customer service I received at the Brookstone in the Riverside Square Mall in Hackensack, New Jersey was horrible! I, an eighteen year old female was looking for a massage chair to purchase and an employee would not let me try it out. He approached me by yelling from across the store, stating that the massage chairs are not for kids. I told him that I would like to purchase a massage chair and I wanted to try some out before I chose one. The employee was very impolite and asked me personal questions such as where I worked and how I have the money to buy a $4,000 massage chair. I was not able to find out the name of the employee since he was not wearing a name tag, but by physical characteristics, he was tall, of older age, and African American. Due to this experience I will not be purchasing a massage chair or any other item from Brookstone.
