  The Avalon is a great place to live. It has the best location in Hackensack for all your needs. The staff are amazing and always there to help.

  The units are run down and dirty. The staff is inconsiderate to existing tenants. They often close the office to show apartments so tenants are unable to pickup packages. They common areas are in disrepair and they don't care about common spaces. The gym equipment is always all over the place and there are no places to hang up coats or bags when you come from the 2000 building.

  Under new management living conditions are filthy. No such thing as luxury living. Hallways are dirty, carpets are stained, walls are stained and now there's a mice situation.
