  Brain Morgenweck was a pleasure to work with! He helped us to sell our aunt's property in South Hackensack quickly and efficiently. He was very understandable to our situation, flexible to our needs, and negotiated in our best interests. He has a knack for boiling down all the jargon of the business into language you could understand. When the first buyer fell through, he was able to find us a second, and then quickly negotiated a final sale. In my opinion he went above and beyond what I'd expect a realtor to do, without batting an eye. My family appreciated his honesty and easy-to-work-with personality, especially since we are from out of state. It was quite apparent he knows the area very well, and the community. It was comforting to know he was in our corner. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone in Bergen.

  if there's one thing i learn from being a landlord, is that you need someone you can trust to find you a good tenant. Brian Morganweck did just that and more. Throughout the whole process, he was very professional and show great confidences that my unit can be rented out at the current market value. I can assure you that Brian is a person you want if you ever need someone to handle your real estates. Even after finding me a tenant , he kept in touch and answered all my questions about the tenant! Highly recommended!!
