The driver was admant on being paid only in cash and pretty much the salesperson and driver ransomed my valuables before I paid them double the price they had quoted. They are super nice when booking but once the stuff is loaded they became very rude and needed more money and in cash. Beware of Ken, Kevin and Dennis, it is scary how deceiving they are and are able to get away with it as they are holding your stuff till you pay or else they drive back. Just a dishonest bunch, so please avoid.
