  The worst experience. What a waste of time. No education from these individuals. It’s Almost as if you owe them something. They move at a Snails pace. They should be FIRED! From the Parts Department to ladies collecting payments.
  I own several businesses and if I had an individual like these at my company I would fire them immediately. They put a snack before customers. They put personal conversations before customers. Just insulting! I will reach to Corporate next.
