  This could actually be worse than going to the DMV. Immensely dense area of people, always busy, never more than 2 windows being used. Hope you have an hour to kill.

  HORRIBLE! This morning,the lady, told us we needed an appointment after we were told that we did not need one. She spent 10 minute explaining to us on how the bank COULD NOT help us because it was too busy this morning.USELESS,!!!SHE WANTED YO CLEAR OUT THE LOBBY IN THE MORNING !!! Really poor service. I made more than an effort to come in person to handle business. She continued to give us an accuse of retrieving paper work and she CAN'T find them. She didn't even have our name or why we were here. This was the bank manager. AWFUL way of treating customers and family members. Complete waste of time. Even closing the account was a problem.
  DO NOT DO BUSINESS here!!!!!!
